Kelley Arena is the founder of Golden Hour Ventures, an angel investor, consultant for women-founded businesses, and advocate for women in finance.

Kelley founded Golden Hour Ventures with one mission in mind: to Make Women Rich. Golden Hour invests in the companies that are shaping the future for the better, and is a pusher of angel investing for all women that care about gender inequality. By activating female angel investors, bringing women closer to their finances and realizing the power of our collective consumption, we can divert the flow of venture capital from the current 98% that goes to male founded start-ups.

Kelley has since consulted with dozens of brands, and loves helping founders find their voice. She has a portfolio of 22 companies, boasting 19 companies founded by women. She is a proud mother of two wild boys, an advocate for students with special needs, and a regular volunteer mentoring formerly incarcerated people reentering the job force.
